Blake |
Nick
graduated from Auckland University
in 1996 with degrees in Arts
and Law. During the course
of his law degree he developed
an interest in maritime law
and the shipping industry.
He worked in the claims department
of a shipping company from
1996 to 1998 before moving
to the marine insurance field.
He joined International Marine
Insurance Agency Ltd, New
Zealand's largest marine insurers,
in 1998, becoming Claims Supervisor
in 1999. He has been a member
of the Chartered Institute
of Transport since 1996.
His
vision for TranSol is to provide
specialist claims handling
services and products for
marine insurers and freight
