Electronic Claims System which
dramatically increases our ability
to provide overseas insurers with
complete and up to date information,
and which gives us a powerful
tool to provided 'added value'
services such as reporting and
trend analysis, described in detail
below. ECS Interactive is a claims
database which runs off our website.
Your client can enter our website,
click on the 'Lodge a Claim' button
and complete the claim entry screen.
As soon as this is done, the claim
is in the system. The insured
simply prints off a copy of the
completed form and sends this
through with the necessary documentation.
Once the claim is in the system,
it can be monitored, viewed by
all who have access to the database,
and the information provided can
be used for reporting and analysis.

is fully customisable, allowing
us to design the database according
to whatever information you want
to capture. We can base the claim
entry screen off your existing claim
form, or customise it as you require.

all of the claims lodged by your
clients, details of these claims,

accompanies such a request.
Self-service Reporting:
You may wish to have a list of all
outstanding claims, or all claims
under recovery, or you may wish
to see whether the volume of claims
for a particular client has increased
or decreased over the past six months.
ECS Interactive is able to instantly
generate reports using the information
gathered in the database. Depending
on your reporting requirements,
we will customise a report menu
for you so that you can run reports
at the touch of a button.
Monitoring of recoveries:
the system incorporates recoveries,
ensuring that outstanding recoveries
are regularly monitored and subject
to review. Using ECS Interactive
we are also able to provide you
with up to date information on the
progress of recoveries, and design
recoveries reports for you.
Trend Analysis and Benchmarking:
ECS Interactive captures a range
of information about claims and
we are able to use this information
to detect problem areas or developing
trends. For example, we are able
to monitor the level of claims for
a particular client, or a particular
commodity, or whether one carrier
is having a high level of claims.
We are able to put this information
instantly at insurers' fingertips.
Security:
You and your client will be provided
with a unique sign on. Unless authorised
by you, the ony parties with access
to your client's claim files will
be you, your client, and TranSol.
